Gili Strong - August 2018

On August 5th 2018, Lombok got hit by a magnitude 6.9 earhtquake. Back then I was living on Gili Air, and our lives change in a matter of minutes...
Quite a few residents stayed on the island to clean up, fix and rebuild their little tropical paradise. I decided to document these smiles and amazing energy and resilience that came out during these hard times.
